The pre-season window is short. Between January and Easter there is time to get frontages along the Golden Mile stripped back, prepped and recoated before the trading months start, and that is when most of our Yarmouth commercial diary fills. Leave it late and the choice becomes a faded frontage all summer or losing days at the worst point in the year.

Holiday parks are a different job again. Repeat units, dozens of doors and frames in one colour, plus cladding and reception buildings that need to agree with each other across the whole site. We quote those as a fixed project price on survey rather than by the unit, and phase the work so lettable accommodation comes back into use block by block.

Out on the industrial estates serving the offshore energy yards the surfaces are heavier: warehouse elevations, roller shutter surrounds, GRP unipanels gone chalky. RAMS and risk assessments are supplied before we start, we are fully insured, and the coating is guaranteed for 10 years. Colours come from your RAL or Pantone reference so frontage and signage line up.
