Spray coating is carried out on live sites, in homes and in commercial premises. We take the safety of our team, our customers and the public seriously on every single job.
UK Spray Factory is committed to providing a safe working environment and to carrying out all spray coating work with proper regard for the health and safety of employees, clients and members of the public. With 20+ years of experience, safe working is built into how we operate.
Risk assessment on every job
Before any work begins we assess the site, identify hazards and put controls in place. Work areas are cordoned and clearly signed so everyone on site stays safe.
Trained, competent operatives
Our sprayers are experienced and trained in the safe use of coatings, spray equipment and access equipment. We work to recognised industry standards on every project.
Correct PPE and respiratory protection
Our team uses the appropriate personal protective equipment for spray work, including respiratory protection, eye protection and protective clothing, in line with COSHH requirements.
Safe handling of coatings (COSHH)
All paints, solvents and primers are stored, handled and disposed of responsibly and in accordance with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations and manufacturer data sheets.
Protecting your property
Surrounding surfaces, fixtures and belongings are carefully masked and protected before spraying. We keep overspray contained and leave the area clean and tidy on completion.
Fully insured
UK Spray Factory carries public liability insurance, giving you and your property protection throughout the works.
