Most of the new-build work we pick up here comes from smaller local builders and one-off self-builds, the sort of site where the programme is tight and there is no second crew to fall back on. Plaster goes on, it dries, and something has to seal it before joiners and floor fitters need the space. Spraying that mist coat takes a fraction of the time rolling does, and it leaves no roller lines for the decorator to chase later.

Being ten minutes down the road changes what we can promise. If your plasterer finishes a block on the Thursday, we can often be in on the Friday rather than the following week, which matters when the build is running at a fixed handover date. It also means we come and look at the plot before quoting instead of pricing off a drawing, so nothing about access or wet plaster turns into an argument later.

Pricing is per plot or per site once we have seen the drawings and where you are in the programme. Floors, glazing, sockets and anything already fixed get masked before a gun comes out. Walls and ceilings are both covered. You get plots sealed and primed, ready for final colour coats or for a client to walk into. Twenty years of doing this, fully insured, all our own kit.
