Lowestoft roofs take it from two directions. Every job starts with the clean rather than the colour. We take off the moss and debris by hand and machine, biocide-treat the tile so the growth is killed at the root instead of just scraped back, and let the roof dry out properly. Only then does the breathable coating go on. Skipping that stage is why some sprayed roofs look blotchy after a couple of winters, and it is not a shortcut we will take.

We price on survey because no two roofs are the same size or in the same condition. We will also tell you when a roof is not a candidate. A coating restores the colour and helps the tiles shed water, but it is not a repair, so slipped or cracked tiles need sorting before we start.
